Refunds & Returns Policy

At Asal Collective, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, high-quality garments designed for modern, intentional women. Each piece is made in small quantities to ensure exclusivity and craftsmanship. Because of the nature of luxury fashion and our commitment to quality and sustainability, we do not offer refunds on online purchases.

Returns & Store Credit

While we do not issue monetary refunds, we understand that preferences may vary. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or require a different size, you may exchange or return your item for store credit within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. The credit can be used toward your next order.

Please email us at info@asalcollective.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached
  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days
  • Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return

Return Shipping Fees

Returns are free within the United Arab Emirates. We will provide a complimentary return shipping label upon request.

For international returns, a return shipping fee will apply and is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. This amount will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.
